From Paper Workflow to Digital Process
As Lead Front-End Developer at Marex, I led the digitization of broker and trader onboarding, replacing a compliance-heavy paper workflow with an end-to-end digital process.

The Problem
Onboarding brokers and traders at Marex ran on a compliance-heavy paper workflow.
The goal was an end-to-end digital process to replace it, built together with the compliance, operations, and trading teams who rely on onboarding.
What I Did
Led the digitization
Owned the move from a compliance-heavy paper workflow to an end-to-end digital process for broker and trader onboarding.
Scoped rollouts with stakeholders
Partnered with compliance, operations, and trading teams to decide what shipped first and to support adoption.
Integrated DocuSign
Integrated the DocuSign API across products so documents could be signed digitally instead of on paper.
Led the front-end team
Managed a five-person front-end team, and designed and ran the team’s internship program.
How I Worked
Digitizing a regulated process is as much about people as software. I partnered with compliance, operations, and trading teams to scope rollouts and support adoption.
